Well, This is it!!!!!!!!!
In 7 hours, I will be boarding a British Airways flight to London. I can’t believe this day is finally here!
This past week has been INSANE, but I managed to come out alive. I had my final session with my therapist, and needless to say there were a lot of tears. If it wasn’t for her, none of this would be happening right now. I thank her with everything.
My sister’s wedding was beautiful. She was a gorgeous bride, and I cried throughout the entire ceremony. I’m so glad I was able to be a part of her special day. It makes me feel better knowing that even though I won’t be here when her baby girl is born, I was still able to participate in another special occasion.

I just want to tell you thank you. Thank you for all of your support, emails, comments, tweets, and Facebook comments. I bought the domain for The Wanderlust Project a year ago in November, and never in a MILLION years did I think I’d actually quit my job, sell all of my stuff and travel around the world.
To all of you stuck in a job you hate, or not following your passions… please take a moment to ask yourself why you’re working and not doing what you love. Is it to pay for all of your extra stuff? Is it because you feel you have no other options? Well, you do. Trust me. Follow your dreams. Follow your passions. You have only one, precious life. Please don’t waste it being miserable.
It’s time for me to go get dressed and do a final sweep of my apartment. I love you all dearly. I really do. Thank you SO much for your support.
And apparently my flight is playing the final Harry Potter movie, The Help, and Bridesmaids. AND there’s free booze.

I’ve been following you since around this summer, if not earlier, and haven’t commented very much but I just wanted to wish you a great trip! You’re pretty close to me in age and I’m currently stuck in a rut, for lack of a better word, that I just can’t seem to lift myself out of. It’s frustrating because I know I’m the only one who can change my situation. But I’m working on it. In any case, I obviously don’t know you but I’m so happy for you! This is the power of blogging
